How to use my Dreamcatcher luxurious soft fleece electric throw old generation:

1. Connect the controller and plug it into a power point and switch on
   
   
2. Press the Temp button to set the desired temperature. L is the lowest 7 is highest.
   
   
3. Press the time button to set the desired time between 1-9 Hours
   
   
4. To go straight to the highest heat setting and timer setting press the high button, only do this to warm up the blanket.

1. Connect the controller and plug it into a power point and switch on
   
   
2. Press the Temp button to set the desired temperature. 1 is the lowest 9 is highest.
   
   
3. Press the time button to set the desired time between 1-12 Hours
   
   
4. To go straight to the highest heat setting and timer setting press the high button, only do this to warm up the blanket. This will set the blanket to the highest heat for 60 minutes

My controller is displaying a P symbol
Unplug the controller from the power point and detach the controller from the blanket. Now reattach and turn it back on. If you continue to have on going issues please contact our customer care team with the code on the back of the controller. 

My blanket only warms up on one side
Unfortunately the blanket is faulty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

My blanket worked but will no longer heat up
Unfortunately the blanket is faulty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

My Controller displays a E symbol
Unfortunately the blanket is faulty, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please provide our customer care team with the code on the back of the controller

My controller is displaying a FF symbol
Please disconnect the blanket from the controller and then reconnect the throw into the controller. If the FF symbol is still showing please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.
