Dreamcatcher Sherpa Electric Throw Troubleshooting

How to use my Dreamcatcher sherpa heated electric throw:

  1. Connect the controller and plug it into a power point and switch on using the bottom button (Bottom Button)
  2. Press the Temp button to set the desired temperature. L is the lowest, 7 is highest. (Button on the left)

  3. Press the time button to set the desired time between 1-9 Hours. (Button on the right)

  4. To go straight to the highest heat setting and timer setting press the high button, only do this to warm up the blanket. After 60 minuites the blanket will swap to the coolest tempreture (Top Button)

The cable is 1.5M long from power point to controller.

What is the voltage of the blanket?
120 Watts

Can the blanket be washed in the washing machine?
Yes, all you need to do is disconnect the controller from the blanket

Can this be used on a mattress under blanket and a bottom sheet?
No, this should only be used as an overthrow or wrap

Will this fit a single bed?
The size of the blanket is 160 X 120 CM

Does this have a UK plug?
Yes the blanket comes with a start 3 prong UK plug

Does the electric throw come with a timer?
Yes, the throw does have a timer you can set for 1-9 Hours

Can i leave it on overnight?
Yes you can, however it does have a timer and will switch off when the timer ends.

How much does it cost to run?
It will cost no more that 10P a night

Does the blanket have a guarantee?
Yes the blanket comes with a two year guarantee.

My controller is displaying a P symbol
Unplug the controller from the power point and detach the controller from the blanket. Now reattach and turn it back on

My blanket only warms up on one side

My Controller displays a E symbol
