Does my item come with warranty?

Yes, every purchase comes with a standard two year warranty that begins as soon as the purchase is complete. 

How long does the delivery take?

We usually take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered. However we do have a next day service available at an additonal charge. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping to mainland UK on a 3-5 Day service.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we currently only ship to mainland UK. 

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. At busy periods of the year this process may have an extended time.
