How to use my Gracious Gardens 550W Electric Long Reach Trimmer

1. The machine will arrive in two halves, the handle and the cutting head
   
   
2. Push the cutting head onto the aluminium shaft aligning the shapes of the shaft with the slots on the cutting head
   
   
3. Push the cutting head firmly until it stops
   
   
4. Now tighten the black plastic collar all the way until it stops
   
   
5. The trigger lock button is locked off to provent accidentatl starting
   
   
6. Push the lock button forward and then pull the trigger switch to start the trimmer.
   
   
7. Once the machine is operating you can release the lock button.

The power cable is 10m long

How heavy is the hedge trimmer
The trimmer weighs 3.5KG, please be aware the trimmer may feel heavier the further away the cutting head is from you

Does the hedge trimmer come with a warranty?
Yes, a 2 year guarantee is included with the product

What is the total length of the hedge trimmer?
From the hand to the tip of the blade it is adjustable between 210cm - 275cm

What is the maximum thickness of branch it will cut through?
The branch will cut through a 16mm thick branch

My hedge trimmer is not cutting branches
Please be aware the maximum thickness of branch the machine can cut is 16mm, if a branch is stuck please stop the machine and remove the device and restart.
