Futura Wi-Fi Electric Panel Radiator Heater Troubleshooting

How to use my Futura Electric Panel Radiator (IOS APP)

1. Turn on the heater at the socket
2. Turn on the main power switch on the right-hand side
3. Now open the Tuya Smart app(IOS) and log in
4. Now press the add device button on your app
5. It will now scan for devices
6. Now press the Wi-Fi button
7. Now the Wi-Fi symbol will begin to flash
8. The panel heater will appear in the app
9. Press the panel heater to connect
10. It will now sync up wait till it has been complete
11. Press Done
12. Now click on the device
13. It will open in comfort mode
14. Now Set the temperature you would like the heater to reach
15. Now press timer
16. Now use the slider to set the timer on how long the heater will stay on

How to use my Futura Electric Panel Radiator (Android APP)

1. Turn on the heater at the socket
2. Turn on the switch on the right-hand side
3. Now open the Smart Life (Android) and login
4. Press add device button on your app
5. It will now scan for devices
6. Now press the Wi-Fi button
7. Now the Wi-Fi symbol will begin to flash
8. The panel heater will appear in the app
9. Press the panel heater to connect
10. It will now sync up wait till it has been complete
11. Press Done
12. Now click on the device
13. It will open in comfort mode
14. Now Set the temperature you would like the heater to reach
15. Now press timer
16. Now use the slider to set the timer on how long the heater will stay on

Does this heater have a fuse fitted plug?
Yes the heater is fitted with a standard UK 3 pin plug with a cable that is 1.5M in length

Does the light on the control panel stay on constantly?
Yes, the red digital display is constantly on

Can the heater be mounted vertically?
No, the heater must be mounted horizontally

Does the heater work with a plug in timer?
No the heater will not turn on/off with a plug in timer

Can the heater be wall mounted?
Yes, everything is supplied to wall mount the heater

Can the heater be switched on manually without having to program it?
Yes the heater can be used in this way. Simply turn the heater on and set the desired temperature

What side does the power cable come out from?
The power cable comes out on the right side of the heater

Is the heater suitable for use in the bathroom?
Yes the heater is splashproof as is IP24 rated

What size room will this electic heater cover?
The heater has coverage up to a 23mX23m room.

Futura Electric Panel Radiator Heater Troubleshooting

My Futura Electric Panel Heater screen won't switch on.
Make sure the main on/off switch is manually turned on. This is located on the right hand side

My panel heater is making a noise
If the heater is making a creaking sound this is nromal and is due to expansion and contraction of the metalwork inside the heater as it warms up and cools down.

My heater is producing a smell?
If the heater has just been installed and is producing heat for the first time, it is normal to notice this due to the materials first use. With continued regular use the smell will no longer occur.

My Futura Electric Radiator Heater has arrived damaged

My temperature control buttons only increase the heater temerature
Continue to press the up/down arrows when they reach 50 degrees it will start back at 5 degrees again

My app wont connect to the radiator
