Futura 2500W Oil Filled Electric Radiator Heater Troubleshooting

How to use my Futura 2500W Oil Filled Electric Radiator Heater

1. Place the heater on a flat stable surface
   
   
2. Set all controls to the off position and insert the plug into a socket outlet
   
   
3. Rotate the thermostat knob clockwise to the MAX position and switch the heater on 
   
   
4. When your heater reaches the desired temperature slowly rotate the thermostat knob down counter clockwise.

My heater will not switch on from new
Make sure the main on/off switch is manually turned on, this is found at the back of the heater

The heater is making a noise
If the heater is making a creaking sound this is normal, this is due to expansion and contraction of the metalwork inside the heater as it warms up and down

The heater is producing a smell
If the heater has just been installed it is normal to notice this as the materials are being used for the first time. With continued regular use this smell will no longer occur and is nothing to worry about

My heater has arrived damaged or dirty
