How to use my Dreamcatcher Inflatable Air Bed Mattress

1. Remove the bed from the packaging and carefully unfold.
   
   
2. Make sure the flocked/Fabric surface is facing up
   
   
3. Plug the 3 pin plug into a power socket
   
   
4. Turn the rotating switch on the bed to inflate
   
   
5. Once the bed has reached the firmness you desire change this to off

1. To deflate the bed turn the deflating switch on the beds pump to deflate.

Is it normal for the bed to deflate?
Yes, this will only occur for a short period of time when then the item is new, it will just need to be topped up wth air.

Can this be used every day if needed?
Yes, this can be used every day.

Yes, a storage/carry bag is included with the inflatable mattress.

Is there a warranty with this item?
A two year warranty is included with the airbed

Can this airbed pump be used from a car outpout or only mains electric?
No, this product comes with a power cord that needs to be plugged into an electrical outlet.

Does this bed come with a 3 pin plug?
The airbed is fitted with a standard UK 3 pin plug

What is the maximum weight capacity?
The maximum capacity is 250KG

Can a non-electric pump inflate this bed?
The inflatable mattress can be inflated using its own pump or a manual foot pump as the mattress features a manual inflation valve.

How long does it take to fully inflate?
6-8 Mins Depending on Firmness

My Air Bed is deflating overnight?
This will only occur for a short time when the item is new (this is normal for new Air Beds) it will just need to be topped up with air.

My item has arrived and is damaged?
