Condition of Returned Items
We kindly request that all returned items are unused and in their original packaging. If items show signs of use or assembly, a deduction may be made from your refund to reflect any reduction in the item’s value. The deduction could be up to 50% of the original purchase price.
To return items or cancel an order, please email our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return merchandise authorisation (RMA). Once you receive the RMA, please send the items back within 7 days.
